The President uses a modified 747-400 when the President is not onboard it uses the call sign of VC-25A. But when he is onboard it uses the call sign Air Force One. The VP uses a modified 757. The same applies for the VP when he's onboard it is Air Force Two, but when he is not it uses C-32A. The VP uses the modified 757 on OCONUS (Outside Contiguous United States), but inside the US he usually uses a modified 737, known as the C-40 Clipper, or occasionally he'll use the C-37A Gulfstream. Hillary rarely uses a marked jet. She usually flies in either an unmarked gulftream, or she uses the C-37 or the C-40B, but when she travels with the President she flies on Air Force One, and when she flies with the VP she flies on Air Force Two.
I worked at gulfstream and the plains looked what I saw

Any airplane that the president flies on is called Air Force One. Most often it is a Boeing 747.
Nothing. A great number of bad things has happened to America (and Ukraine, and Libya, and Egypt, and Iraq, and Afghanistan) since Obama became famous, but nothing bad has happened to him personally. He, himself, flies around in Air Force One, takes his family to exotic vacations all around the world every few months, all for free. (Well, we taxpayers pay for it.) He golfs more than Tiger Woods and Arnold Palmer put together, and is revered as if he were the god/emperor of the universe. I'm sure it will all be very disheartening after he leaves office on January 20, 2017.
As president, he is driven around in the official White House limousine. There has been an official vehicle for the president for decades, to keep the president secure and safe and to make sure he does not have to worry about getting from Point A to Point B. And when the president flies, he has a special airplane called "Air Force One." It too is specially equipped with extra security and the most up-to-date communication equipment. It has room for the media members who generally travel with him, as well as for family or any cabinet members who are joining the president on an official visit.
