first of all Dodge his tentacles that he will launch out of the ground and then if a red orb appears at the edge of the screen use the deaths scythe (grapple)- the button will appear on the screen to jump out of the way on Mino's breath attack. once he has completed his attack you can jump in and carry out some offensive attacks on his hideous face, keep repeating this process and you should then carry out your best attacks on his underbelly which will now be showing, if you have redemption now is the time to use it. He will now develop a new attack using his fists just dodge these like you did with his tentacles, if he corners you evade eventually you will be given the chance to do a quick time event. do it and then use the finisher on his hand and then attack his underbelly. keep repeating the above evading his moves and keep attacking the boss will collapse you can then perform another a finisher on his tongue and that should finish him off.hope that helped!
