Capulet initially believed that Juliet should wait two more years before marrying, as she was only thirteen at the time. He mentioned this in Act 1, Scene 2 of Shakespeare's "Romeo and Juliet," stating that she was too young and should be older before considering marriage.
Your question is unclear. Is Duty a different play from Romeo and Juliet which also has a character called Lady Capulet? (actually, the character in Romeo and Juliet was not called Lady Capulet in Shakespeare's time--since Capulet was no lord, she could not be a lady. She is called the much simpler "Mother".)
I am not aware of any of his freinds, but he did seem very friendly with Capulet as he would always come to their mansion to ask Capulet whether he could marry Juliet yet. He did have a page in Act 5 Scene 3.
In my opinion, Friar Lawrence is guilty for Romeo and Juliet's death. I think he is guilty because he married Romeo and Juliet. He gave Juliet the potion, and because he didn't get the message to Romeo, I think that he should have met up with Romeo on the outside of Capulet's tomb. Or maybe he could of gone to Mantua and met with Romeo face to face.
Juliet's parents are named Lord Capulet and Lady Capulet, whereas Romeo's parents are named Lord Montague and Lady Montague.I've read the play, and as far as I could tell, it never says their given names, but if you want to refer to them, call them the above names (their last names).
Mrs. Capulet has left the raising of her daughter totally to the Nurse. She has never had any kind of one-on-one relationship with Juliet and it makes her nervous. She falls back on getting the Nurse in there to ease her discomfort.
Paris
She doesn't like the feud, but Juliet is very confused about the fact that Romeo is a Montegue, and that she is a Capulet, and that they could never be together..(fate)
Capulet shouldn't rush the marriage of Paris and Juliet because Juliet is still very young and may not be ready for such a commitment. Rushing the marriage could also lead to resentment from Juliet and strain their relationship. It's important to give Juliet time to grow and make her own decisions about marriage.

her report was that she was terribly sick and could not attend

Depends who you are. Could be the balcony scene, the Capulet party, the swordfight, the death scene.
Count Paris visited the Capulet house in order to ask for Juliet's hand in marriage. He had been informed by Lord Capulet that Juliet was of marriageable age and possessed of sufficient assets and beauty to make her a desirable bride. He was determined to win her hand and sought an audience with her and her family. Count Paris had several incentives for wanting to marry Juliet. These included: The wealth and prestige associated with a Capulet The beauty and grace of Juliet herself The potential political alliances that could be forged through the marriageCount Paris was ultimately successful in his quest and Juliet's father granted him permission to marry her. He was delighted and the two were soon betrothed.
Lord Capulet thought his daughter was already dead, and then he discovers her bleeding on the floor of the family tomb. In grief at their children's death, both Lord Capulet and Lord Montague vow to end the fighting between their families and to raise a golden statue in memory of each other's child.

She said she was going to church to confession. Actually this was the only excuse she could use to get out of the house, where she was practically a prisoner.
