If she said no, there's a good reason for it. Did you ask her why she said no? Was she just busy that night, does she see you more as a friend than a boyfriend, is she unfamiliar with who you are, is she not physically attracted to you? There are many reasons a girl may refuse a date. There's not much you can do until you find out why she refused the date. If you are friends, continue being her friend because you never know what the future holds.
