Well, hopefully your not shy. The best way to do this is to approach him in a friendly way maybe when he's alone or he can be with his friends if that's okay with you to ask him to dance even if he's with his friends. Anyways if he says yes great and if he says no don't make a big deal out of it, or else it will make you look dramatic. Oh and it's best that YOU ask him yourself and not your friend asking him for you because it will seem more meaningful and I'veheard various times now that boys think that confidence is sexy.
Put your arms around his neck and get as close as you would like; if he doesnt know where his hands go put them right above ur hips or on your but and dance have fun!
Well, theres two things. If your going to a formal all school dance; wear a regular shirt and jeans (or shorts depending on the weather) As for something like an 8th grade graduation dance; DONT DONT wear a tux, all those guys who do just look really awkward when they do! Where a polo, or a shortsleeve button-down shirt with jeans or shorts. Hope its good(:
Acutally - it depends on where you go. If you dance with BTDA for example, it goes to grade 5, then intermediate and up. If, like myself, you dance with the royal ballet school, it goes to grade 8. pointe work does not start at a specific grade. I dance with the North Wales School of Dance and really, the pointe work strats around grade 5. But the ballet teachers will only let you start if they think that you are ready (ankles are strong, point is good) You really have to work hard and pointe is quite dangerous, you can brake your ankles.
ask him what he thinks of the dance(a lot of boys dislike middle school dances) if he seems open ask if he's going or if he has a date to go, if he doesn't ask if he'd like to be your date for the dance.
Absolutely not. 8th grade is a year full of stereotypes and pre-teen drama; which is usually why kids feel nervous about getting a so called date for the 8th grade dance. For my dance, it was mostly about having fun with your friends and celebrating the end of the year together. Just dont worry about crap like that and have fun. You'll most likely remember the memories you have with your friends then being pestered by your "date."
YES, Go for it! :]
just ask him 2 dance if he rly likes you he would FALL IN LOVE trust me im a guy

You could ask one of your friends to do it for you or tell one of his friends. You can write it on a note, text him, ask him in a class you have with him, or calmly just go up and ask him (the worst he can do is say no).

Ask him.
Asking to the dance doesn't need to have a second meaning so there's nothing really special about it. Just walk up to him and ask him straight whether he'd like to go with you, or say hi while you're moving past him in the hall and then turn around to ask. Also don't take it personally if he says no, it's not like he rejected you asking him out.
well, all you have to do is wave your arms and just dance its simple or say care to dance to a girl you know if she doesn't like well its your fault not mine
At my school,(eighth grade"promotion" or graduation) is if you attract attention to yourself. Like dye your Hair red and blue just For Graduation or if you yell and scream. If you want to get out of it Before then get suspended or kicked out. Hope this helped!!
Because he wanted to dance like a chicken on a hot Saturday night!
Don't Blink, by Kenny Chesney is a great song for an 8th grade graduation. By the time students are in eighth grade, time is flying by very fast. The first day of fifth grade feels like yesterday in an eighth grader's eyes.
