well it is said that in 1 hour a women of 130 lb will burn 265 calories so i answer is that if we times this by 3 then we should be able to get our answer but i must say people also burn calories at different rates so its best to just think this as an average result. 265 x 3 = 795 calories Also something that might help is that fast active dances dont usally aren't as effective its better to do slow dancing like Flamenco or ballroom which also tone your body at the same time. So i suggest joining your local dance class aswell. well it is said that in 1 hour a women of 130 lb will burn 265 calories so i answer is that if we times this by 3 then we should be able to get our answer but i must say people also burn calories at different rates so its best to just think this as an average result. 265 x 3 = 795 calories Also something that might help is that fast active dances dont usally aren't as effective its better to do slow dancing like Flamenco or ballroom which also tone your body at the same time. Tap and hip-hop are good for calorie buring, both about 200-800 burnt per hour thus 600-2,400 for 3 hours. But these are not very good for things other than getting strong and buringin calories, ballet is on the other hand good for both of those and flexibility, balance and posture/form.
