Creon, as depicted in Sophocles' "Antigone," is a complex character embodying the struggle between state law and personal morality. Initially, he appears steadfast and authoritative, prioritizing the stability of Thebes over familial loyalty. However, as the narrative unfolds, his inflexibility and hubris lead to tragic consequences, revealing the dangers of absolute power and the importance of compassion and understanding. Overall, Creon's journey reflects a profound moral dilemma that resonates with broader themes of justice and governance.
i think so
bcuh creon loves the power that he has he likes bein entitled to things like this
He listens to Tiresias who told Creon to think of what he has done.
Creon thinks that the sentry is been resposible for burying the body.
Creon is to blame for everyone's suicides. Creon places Antigone and Haemon in a situation where they only way they saw to get out of was to commit suicide. When Eurydice found out that Haemon had committed suicide due to Creon she went to her room, where she cursed Creon before taking her own life. If Creon had not be so stubborn and not placed Antigone in the cave no one would have died. But it is a greek tragedy, so the ending must of course be tragic. :]

Creon is the the brother of Jocasta, the mother of Oedipus so brother in law to Laius her husband.
She doesnt think it it right to honor only one brother so in being that case she in fact does go against his will to bury him .
Creon didn't kill Haemon. Creon decided too late to release Antigone. She was already dead, and Haemon tried to save her but Creon called him stupid. This was "the last straw" per say, so Haemon lashed out on Creon and Haemon fell on his sword killing himself.
The sentry brings news that the body of Polyneices has had dust spread over it so that it may pass safely through to the underworld. Creon is overtaken with rage and tells the messenger that if he doesn't find who did this than he would be killed.
To defend her own beliefs. Who says he is right besides him? So, as far as right and wrong goes, nobody was right or wrong, they just had different beliefs.
