It is under the hood, near the battery.
The data link connector (DLC) is located on the drivers side under the dash, but these vehicles have their own OBD system which can be accessed with use of a test light or a VOM (analog, not digital). Good luck!
By dlc I assume you mean the Data Link Connector ( a 1990 Ford F-150 is OBD I , EEC IV so it should have an EEC TEST connection in the engine compartment ) If you mean something else , sorry about that
By law the DLC (Data Link Connector) has to be located within 18" of the steering column.

The 2006 Toyota Corolla OBD 2 port is under dash at left, next to kick panel
By law in the US the OBD II DLC (Data Link Connector) has to be within 18" of the steering column.

No, it is paid-for DLC.
On a 1990 Ford Bronco II with a 2.9L engine, the DLC (Data Link Connector) is typically located under the dashboard on the driver's side. It is usually found near the steering column, often attached to the wiring harness. Look for a rectangular connector with multiple pins, which is used for diagnostic purposes to connect to a scan tool.
If you buy one dlc you can play anything on that dlc but if you want to play an other dlc you need to buy that dlc
Should be under the hood, drivers side along the fender well. It may have a cover that it "plugs in" to. Will be black in color.
