Who is George Walters?

George Walters lives with his wife in the small town of Port Loring, Ontario. He comes from a family of storytellers, and he has always been fascinated by the stories he heard while sitting by an old wood stove or the family kitchen table. For most his life he has farmed in the Niagara Region along with his landscaping business. His first book One More Story with George Walters was published in 2008. It is a collection of short stories written as they were meant to be told. His second book Join Me In The Garden was published in 2009 and his third Moments In Time came out on May 20/2010 You can buy his books at Coles Book Store In North Bay at the North Gate MALL or at Coles in Sudbury, or Gulliver's Book Store on Main Street in North Bay. He also sells his books at their small store in Port Loring Ontario. Today he is a regular feature writer for the North Bay Nugget and numerous other papers and magazines across Canada, along with the US.
