Italian actress Eleonora Duse lived 1858-1924. She was famous for a professional rivalry with Sarah Bernhardt and for several tempestuous love affairs. Her most prominent roles were in plays by Henrik Ibsen and Gabriele D'Annunzio (one of her lovers). She made one film, Cenere but ordered it destroyed (though some partial prints survive); after retiring from the stage in 1909 she returned in 1921 to combat financial troubles. She was the first woman ever featured on the cover of Time magazine in 1923.

That would be Tiffany's. The quality of Tiffanys is wonderful. However you are paying triple for the name and the blue box. You can find equal or better in price and in design from other places which are reputable and have been servicing the diamond consumer for generations. For example a 1 carat G VS2 you could be an excellently branded cut Whiteflash 'A Cut Above' for about 6500.00. You would pay 14,000 for such a diamond, but the cut would not be the same and would not perform with the same brilliance under any lighting condition. A classic setting in platinum would be 1200. At tiffanys you will pay 2700 at least. Your Tiffanys comes with a great name and 100 years of servicing clients. But with that name comes a premium. When you wear your diamond nobody will know where it is from. Sorry for being honest, but you might want to examine the alternatives as well to Tiffanys.
