PPM=Pulse Position Modulation is suited for data communications via optical fiber or short distance line-of-sight
as in radio control models. A pulse is encoded by placing it in a specific position in time. Proper sync is
required and transmission distortion can render it useless.
FM=Frequency Modulation which is more suited for audio communications as in broadcast radio or personal
communicators. The modulation of a carrier is accomplished by causing the frequency of the carrier to vary as a
function of the audio. The speed of the variation is the frequency of the audio and the amount of the variation is
the amplitude of the audio.
In one Liter, there are 1000 milliliters. Ppm stands for parts per million. Ppm tells you the concentration of some liquid or gas in a solution. If there are 100 parts out of a million of CO2 (100 ppm), that is equal to 100/1,000,000, which means that .01% of the molecules in the mixture are CO2. mL and ppm are two different units of measurement. One represents distance and the other represents concentrations of fluids.
" FM " is.
PPB stands for parts per billion and is used to measure the concentration of a substance in a mixture. PPM stands for parts per million, and is another unit of measurement like ppb, but represents a higher concentration in a mixture.
The modulation index formula in frequency modulation (FM) is given by the equation: β = Δf / fm, where β is the modulation index, Δf is the peak frequency deviation, and fm is the modulating frequency. Modulation index indicates how much the carrier frequency is being varied by the modulating signal in FM.
Generally, the wavelength of an FM signal is shorter than an AM signal. A typical FM broadcast band is 88-108 MHz, while a typical AM broadcast band is 540-1660 KHz, making the FM signal wavelength 100 times shorter.
Frequency modulation differs from amplitude modulation. FM coverage distance is less with more clarity due to non interference with carrier waves.
100 ppm is worse than 50 ppm. The higher the ppm value, the more concentrated the substance is in the solution. In this case, a concentration of 100 ppm is twice as much as 50 ppm.
ppm
Zn < O.6 ppm Fe < 4.5 ppm Mn < 2.0 ppm Cu < 0.2 ppm
115 ppm is 0.0115%.
0.110 ppm = 0.000011%
0.5Mm = 50 PPM
46 ppm is 0.0046%
Multiply ppm by 10000.
ppm means 1/1,000,000; percent means 1/100. Therefore, every percent is equal to 10,000 ppm. To convert from ppm to percent, you divide by 10,000.ppm means 1/1,000,000; percent means 1/100. 1 percent is 10,000 ppm .06 percent = (.06 x 10,000) = 600 ppm 90 ppm = (90 / 10,000) = 0.009 percent 0.06 percent is not the same thing as 90 ppm. This is not a math problem. You have to change the material. That's a chemistry problem.
322 ppm = 0.0322%
