if you check a height weight chart which can be found in many books and on the internet, it will show u an image of weights, height and will contain different catigories saying if you underweight, ok, overweight, obese, or very obese, but its not just weight that is a factor, u can be very thin but only eat junk food, eat healthy and dont worry bout the weight, every body is different, i eat junk all the time and im a size 10, i no people who are weigh bigger than me but eat less, it all depends on ur metabolism!
