Call your local landscaping or architectural landscaping firms and they may be interested. Mature trees sometimes fit into a scheme better than young trees.
You can sell it to anyone. Just trim it up nicely (only the lower half of the branches or fronds). If you trim above this, it will injure the tree. Take a nice picture and list it on your local Craigslist as "You dig and it's yours." If you did a good jobtrimming it and took a nice picture, it'll be gone in no time. Alternatively, you can also just keep the palm! You may want after seeing how much better it looks nice and trimmed up!
