National refer to aperson who owes allegiance to that nation" it also mean belonging to entire nation [country]. while politics is nothing but referd to application of powers in the governance of aperticular country. alternativery it might also be referd to activities associated with the governance of the country or an area espessially the demands [debts] between parties having powers [political relations between states. Therefore national politics refe to aperson who is willing to take over or to rule the country among parties either democratically or cosertivelly. for example the current USA president Barack Obama, he competes with defferent parties not only that but also M7 of Uganda.

Political nationalism is pretty much any patriotic theory or effort relating to the government or the public affairs of a country. The focus isn't so much on the citizen's responsibility of taking part, but more on simply respecting the governmental system. (Personally, I don't think of political nationalism as a true definition of anything)
