A quick Google search revealed this on congressionalbadboys.com/Hoke.htm: "The camera was rolling and the microphone was one [sic], and while producer Lisa Dwyer was putting a wire and microphone on Hoke, he giddily turned to Fingerhut and said [see photo caption]." Another quick search on Dwyer's name found a reference to the Washington Post (Feb 1, 1994): " A videotape obtained by The Post shows Conus Communications producer Lisa Dwyer wiring Hoke, a Republican, and Ohio Democrat Eric Fingerhut in Statuary Hall to prepare them for a live feed to Ohio."
