A single case study design is used to study the only single individual and organism.CBT treatment for depression is a mix of intellectual and conduct treatment whereby the advisor causes you to recognize specific negative idea designs just as your social reactions to unpleasant and testing circumstances. Through the single case design cognitive behavioral therapy techniques focused on the patient's perfectionist and self-downing beliefs, while novel, evolutionary-informed techniques were used to guide behavioral activation and conceptualize secondary emotional problems related to anger. The treatment reduced depressive symptomatically and increased evolutionary fitness.

A single case study design involves closely studying one individual over time, in this case a depressive patient receiving cognitive therapy. Data would be collected before, during, and after the therapy intervention to assess any changes in the patient's depressive symptoms. Using measures like structured interviews, self-report scales, and observations, the impact of cognitive therapy on the patient's depressive symptoms can be evaluated in detail.

A single case study design is used to study the only single individual and organism. Case study helps to look insight into different areas of a person life. CBT is a psycosocial intervention that aims to improve mental health. CBT helps in changing unhelpfull cognitive distortion and behaviour. Case study have many advantages. It is also used in clinical setting for intervention so we use case study method design to examine the impact of cbt on depressive patient because it help us to observe more than one problem about a single subject so we can also find out that the reason of that patient depression

We can use single case study design to examin the impact of CBT because in single subject design we can study a subject in detail because through this we can find a detailed information about the depressive patient and the therapy we are applying on person.

single case study design focuses on a single individual or single organisation in clinical settings case study is used to study about specific inquiry or a disorder. By single case study we can deeply focus only a single person and so we can focus and study briefly about the thoughts and behaviours of a depressed patient and and after applying cognitive therapy on the patient we can also study the impact of therapy on patient and can easily compare before and after applying therapy the condition of patient and out comes of therapy can be studied briefly

Firstly we take the information about the patient, and collect data about the depression previous studies, articles are very helpful in this

Then stat collection of data about patient through interviews, also use scale to check the level of ordepression

Then we use therapy according to the level of depression and the focus on out comes of the therapy.

First of all i will eaxamine and read the case of patient, and make complete notes or underline the problems. As I know the patient problem that is the depression and its will be used the cognitve therapy...

As we know that the in CBT therapist helps to identify negatve or false thoughts and replace those thoughts with healthier and more realistic one.

First CBT aware us about these thoughts. Then teach us to swap them from more positive ones. The change in attitude leads to a change in our behaviour. Then can help in to ease our depression.

So In case study i will eaxmine the codition before CBT and the condition after CBT and in this way i would check out the impact of CBT in depressive patient.
