Yes, there are tolls on Interstate 76 (I-76) in Pennsylvania, particularly on the Pennsylvania Turnpike, which is a portion of I-76. Tolls are collected at various points along the turnpike, and the rates vary depending on the entry and exit points as well as the type of vehicle. Motorists can pay tolls using cash or electronic methods like E-ZPass.

Turnipike tolls from Harrisburg pa to chicago
If traveling by road in a northern route (I76 to I80) then Chicago would be the closest large city at the halfway mark. It taking the southern route (to avoid Chicago and tolls) (I79 to I70 to I465 to I74 to I80) then Bloomington, Il would closest to the halfway mark.
From Akron to the Pennsylvania border via i76, tolls cost $1.50. When entering Pennsylvania, the toll is $4.75. To get back to Akron, you won't pay a toll to get out of Pennsylvania, but you'll pay another $1.50 on the return trip through Ohio. Total = $7.75 This is what it cost in 2012.

How do I find out if I owe any unpaid tolls? I am from PA and visited Chicago last year.
Depends on where you're coming from in Maryland and your destination in Pennsylvania. On I-95, there's a $5 toll going northbound (but not southbound) at the MD-PA line. There are also tolls around Baltimore, and throughout PA.
