I'm not sure if you're asking about the talk show, The View, or the restaurant, The View...or something else called The View.

I'll give directions to both, and if it's something else, then please ask your question again and include more information.

The talk show, The View, is taped at 320 West 66th Street, which is at or near the southwest corner of 66th Street and West End Avenue.

Getting there from Penn Station is pretty easy. Just take the Uptown 1 train (of the 1-2-3, the red line) from 34th Street-Penn Station to 66th Street-Lincoln Center (at 66th Street and Broadway). Then walk two blocks west on 66th Street to West End Avenue: Broadway ---> Amsterdam Avenue ---> West End Avenue.

The View restaurant is located inside the Mariott Marquis hotel, at 1535 Broadway, between 45th and 46th Street. Getting there from Penn Station is also easy. Take the Uptown 1, 2 or 3 trains one stop, from 34th Street-Penn Station to 42nd Street-Times Square (at 42nd Street and 7th Avenue).

Broadway intersects 7th Avenue at 45th Street (since it's on a diagonal path north/south through Manhattan, while the rest of the streets are on a grid pattern), so just walk up 7th Avenue until Broadway cuts through it at 45th Street, and continue up Broadway half a block to the hotel.
