Bovine creatures, like cows(animals who"split the hoof and...chew the cud") (Leviticus 11:3) would be considered a 'clean' animal, suitable for sacrifice, so there were undoubtedly representatives of the bovine family on the ark(Genesis 7:2), though perhaps not the domestic cow we're so familiar with today. The now extinct"Aurochs"(urus), is believed by many to be the forerunner of domestic cattle, and they, or another earlier form, might possibly have been the bovine representatives on the ark from which all other breeds of cattle descended. The Bible doesn't say specifically.
