They believe on rabb. this word belongs to Sufism punjabi and arabic and rabb mean God and muslims also calls Allah. ya rabb. i am not sure they belive or not but sikhs does respect of muslim saints like baba bula shah waris shah and other sufi saints. but its difficult to say they does belive on Allah according to ideology of Islam.sikh religion has its own rules according to their holy guru Baba guru nanak sahab. you can read their religious holy book called guru garanth. you will got a better answer from that book
