Actually, Judaism is growing quite rapidly among the world's young population. Judaism is of course, nowhere near the numbers of other, more popular religions, but is making much progress as of the new century. Whereas Christianity and Catholicism have been slowly falling since the coming of the 2000's.

No. More and more Jews are dropping out, particularly in the Western World as they become more accepted and assimilated into the general culture. One of the reasons that Judaism has lasted for so long with little change is that Jews were always isolated from Society at large in Ghettos and systematically persecuted. That had a tendency to make Jews withdraw into their own communities since they were not wanted by the majority around them.

Another reason is that Jews do not proselytize and so do not bring in many converts.
