Protestantism is one of three major divisions of Christianity; the other two being Roman Catholicism and Orthodox (Eastern) Christianity. They are all the same religion.

Within Protestantism, there are many denominations: Anglican/Episcopalian, Calvinist, Congregational, Lutheran, Methodist, Presbyterian and Reformed are the largest. The degree and criteria by which each denomination considers itself, or is considered by others, to be "Protestant" is a long-standing subject of debate. In any case, they are all denominations within the Christian religion and are not related to other religions.

Of course, Christianity, as a whole, is fundamentally related to Judaism, but that does not seem to be the focus of your question.
