It would be fair to say that the whole of Christianity finds Jerusalem as the most holy site for them - indeed for all mankind - and as far as the God of The Bible is concerned - aka, the City of David.

In the 'new Earth' found in Revelation 21, God will live with Jesus in the New Jerusalem.

Concerning other sites, this is basically an opinion type question. Some will say Bethlehem, some Rome, some Nazareth...the list goes on and on depending upon the denomination you ask.
