Some may be missing arms, legs, and other body parts. Or some may have more than others, such as extra toes or fingers. It is a sin to make fun of those people. Those who make fun of the handicapped will receive the curse from Allah (SWT) on the Day of Judgement. So overall, the Holy Quran is right. Don't dare to make fun or comments about the handicapped because that is how Allah (SWT) created them.
