There is only one form of Islam. Even the two known schools of Islam, Shiites and Sunnis, are practicing one form of Islam. They differ in only some practices that are not so contradictory as concerns the basic Islam principles, Quran Guides, or Prophet Muhammad's sayings or practices.

Most Muslims are Sunnis and constitute between 75-90% of all Muslims. The second largest sect, Shia, makes up 10-20%. Other schools such as Ibadi (a third school that is much less populous, but dominant in Oman) are more or less a rounding error. As concerns the uniformity of Islam, this is incorrect. Many Shia and Sunnis claim that the other branch is committing Takfir or Blasphemy (especially as concerns the role of 'Ali in Shia Islam) which would make these schools sufficiently different as to be considered unique faiths even though the fundamentals are the same (in the same way that Orthodox Christian and Catholic Christian are two different faiths even though the fundamentals are the same), never mind the difference between Sunni and Shia vs. Ibadi.
Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, and Pakistan are three countries where Islam is widely practiced. Islam is the dominant religion in these countries with a significant majority of the population adhering to its teachings and beliefs.
Sunni Islam comprises roughly 85% of the worldwide Islamic population.

The dominant form of Islam in Saudi Arabia is Wahabi. This is a much stricter and more conservative version of Islam, and some of its customs (not allowing women to drive, for example) are at odds with other denominations of Islam.
