All the Prophets taught Islam. The word simply means "submission to the will of the One God" i.e.: belief in, and obedience to the One and Only God.
So Adam was the first prophet who taught 'Islam'. So did Noah, Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph, Moses, David, Solomon, John and Jesus among many, many, many others. Peace be upon them all.
