God had more to say about heterosexual relationship outside of marriage than He did about homosexual relationships.
God hates all forms of sexual sins, not just homosexual ones.
Take a look at I Thessalonians 4:3&4 "For this is the will of God, your sanctification; that is, that you abstain from sexual immorality; that each of you know how to possess his own vessel in sanctification and honor."
God designed sex for marriage, and within marriage only.
Leviticus 18 doesn't cover just homosexuality, but many different types of relationships.
