Not sure what is meant by "main": the country with the most Muslims is Indonesia; the center of the Islamic faith is Saudi Arabia; the most important country which happens to be Muslim is probably Iran. The country with the holiest Muslim cities is Saudi Arabia where both Makkah (or Mecca) and Almadinah (or Medina) are situated and to where Muslims go for Hajj and Omra.
