Abraham is the "father" of Judaism. Moses is the most influential prophet to the Jewish people. King David was a beloved king who wrote the Psalms. King Solomon built the Holy Temple. And Jesus is the most influential Jew in terms of "world history".
However, there is no single answer to this question. Judaism does not revolve around any single person and takes care in not putting too much emphasis on people (prophets or otherwise). This is because it is God who acts through these individuals that is honored above any other.
