There is no central leader of Judaism.

There hasn't been one, I guess you'd say, since the Roman occupation of Israel, destruction of the Second Temple, and expulsion of the Jews, almost 2,000 years ago.

The modern State of Israel has a President and a Prime Minister, but that's not the same thing, since the government of modern Israel is not at all the government of Judaism based on Torah law ... Jews in the US, Canada, Brazil, China, Australia etc. have no religious obligation to adhere to legislation that comes out of the Israeli Knesset (parliament).
