There are 3 Major Religions followed today by people all over the world: Christianity, Judaism and Islam

Judaism is based on the teachings of Musa (A.S) or Mosesand previous Prophets. The Holy book revealed was Turayt or Torah

Christianity is based on the teachings of Isa (A.S) or Jesus. The Holy book revealed was Injeel or Bible.

Basically both these prophets gave the message of Allah too, which was Islam, since there was a lot of time gap between the revelation of Musa (A.S) and Isa (A.S) people started forgetting the teachings, and started adding/adulterating the original word of God for their own personal gains.

You can compare Bibles and Torahs from different parts of the world, they will have discrepancies.

So finally God sent Muhammad (Peace Be Upon him) as His final messenger with the Holy book Quran. All these Prophets have been mentioned in the Holy Quran.
