Some people say that they have seen him walking around Graceland.

There are a series of videos on You Tube explaining why his death is a fake and videos of him at Graceland. One video also shows his house where he is believed to live after all these years.

At his funeral, his cousin and other relatives and fans saw his body in the coffin and said that that didn't look like the Elvis they knew. Particulary his cousin said some stuff like: "That isn't Elvis; his body looks too sweaty, his nose looks different, and so does his face."

Some people believe that his cousin was right, and take the story further. They believe that Elvis had faked his death and put a different body in his grave, because he was tired of being that big of a star and needed a long break from it.

People say that he is still out there somewhere.

There will still be Elvis sightings all over the world, and still people will believe he is still alive at 75 years old, But no one will ever know the truth. My friend saw him in a car and said it looked just like him.

According to Christian belief, Jesus did not fake his own death but willingly sacrificed himself on the cross for the sins of humanity. This event, known as the crucifixion, is a central tenet of Christianity and is believed to have led to his resurrection.

Contrary to (sadly) widespread conspiracy theories Elvis Presley did not fake his own death and died on August 16, 1977 due to heart disease/problems. The same Heart disease/problems caused his beloved Mother to die at 42 (she was really 46 but Elvis believed she was 42 when she died) and several other family members on his Mothers' side of the family.

It's controversial, but that could be a logical explanation for him 'coming back to life', without any godly assistance.

His motive could be to make himself appear like the 'son of god' and then start his own religion and get millions to follow him.

Someone should try that now, it obviously worked well for him. Except the whole crucifixion part I guess.

Niccolo faking his death is more legend than factual. There is no historical evidence that he ever faked his own death.
