Genesis 8:22 says that as long as the Earth exists, then the seasons will not cease. But we also know that Creation itself has a finite lifespan, and will cease.
Some things are truly forever, such as God's righteousness and love.
Some are only around for as long as Creation exists: seasons, a chance to see someone come to Faith in Christ, pain and suffering for the believers.
There is no specific promise in religious texts stating that the motion of the seasons will not stop. However, many believers interpret the changing of the seasons as part of God's natural order and design for the world.
