Although this is phrased as a single question, there are actually two questions at play.
Should religious people accept the use of contraception by others? The answer to this must be an unequivocal yes. Other people have the absolute right to manage their fertility as they see fit. This absolute right applies regardless of their marital status.
Should religious people use contraception? Here there is no right or wrong answer. Each person must decide in good conscience whether they see anything inherently wrong in the use of contraceptives. Even if the decision is that there might be something inherently wrong in the use of contraceptives, he or she must also decide in good conscience whether a greater wrong is to risk having more children than can be supported in the circumstances.
To my understanding of the term, Religious Conservatism is a movement that holds that people should interpret the holy book or books of the religion literally. It also adheres to the traditions and teachings of the early founders of the religion. It does not accept the "progressive" or "liberal" views of those who claim to be followers of the religion but who try to introduce teachings that contradict or fly in the face of those written in the holy books and those taught by the founders of the religion.
from :G.David Shanth Raj I think all of should take a note of the following Indian life is interdependent and people are born into groups, castes, religions communities so We should look at other religion with a positive attitude and we should understand and respect different cultures and religions Governments should not support to the persons with certain belief or organisations with religious orientation by issuing supportive GO's like Endowments III of 747 and 746, to avoid religious discrimination Inhuman act should not associate in the name of spiritual act People should not break the social harmony for political gain
Religious rites are typically performed by religious leaders, priests, shamans, or designated individuals within a particular faith community. These individuals are trained and authorized to conduct ceremonies and rituals as part of the religious tradition.
Religious teachings often emphasize values of fairness, compassion, and justice, which align with the principles of fair trade. Purchasing fair trade items allows religious people to support ethical practices, promote social justice, and help alleviate poverty in marginalized communities, in line with their beliefs and values.
Some people justified slavery by using religious arguments, such as citing passages from the Bible that appeared to condone enslavement. They interpreted these passages to suggest that slavery was a natural, God-ordained institution and that slaves should obey their masters. This religious justification helped perpetuate the institution of slavery by giving it a moral veneer to those who subscribed to such beliefs.
Of course. In fact, atheists are more accepting of people who think differently because they have no religious agenda to promote, no beliefs they feel the need to press on others.~Above answer is well put, but i might add, i myself do not accept the religious beliefs of another person, but i can accept the person. I mean, by 'accept' i do not share the belief, nor admire it in anyway, but rather, i accept the person, and accept their right to believe as they wish.
Yes, but they believe what they think is true.
Generally, religious reasons. That simple.
There are no proofs in the accepted sense. People that have religious beliefs and convictions have no need of them. People without religious beliefs would not accept them.
If the space is sacred to your religion. If not, it does not necessarily have to feel religious for you, but be respectful of the significance to that religion, and accept the right of those people to be religious there.
Some people (generally people with strong religious beliefs) think that if contraception is freely available to teenagers, this will tend to make them more promiscuous. In simple terms, they believe that if kids have condoms, then kids will have more sex. The more enlightened of us know that contraception should be available to all, thereby cutting down on unwanted pregnancy and preventing the spread of sexually transmitted diseases.
You should always obey the law. Religious or not.
yhh
Since I'm Muslim this is why. The things to do in a mosque is to pray, read Quran, and do ziker(reading on fingers). Also religious teachings are there. So its like going to your religious places. That's why Muslims accept it. There is nothing bad there.
Yes. All peaceful, law-abiding people should be accepted.
Because there not smart enough to know what Religious people do! I hate people like that...
You should only accept friend requests from people you know. You don't have to accept someone's friend request unless you want to. Only accept requests from people if you know them and don't mind them seeing everything you have posted to your page. However, if you do accept a friend request, make sure not to tell any really personal information.
