Strictly speaking there are no lving religions today that are henotheistic (that is actively worsiping a particular god without denying the existance of others), however, there are many schools of Hinduism and Buddhism whose adherents worship or practice in a henotheistc (rather than polytheistic) way. Also, many of the modern "Neo Pagan" traditions show preferance to a particular deity but recognize the existance of other gods (or goddesses). And then of course there are many Unitarian Universalists who would classify themselves as henotheistic.
