As prophesied, Jesus preached to people about God's Kingdom (Isaiah 61:1+2/Psalm 40:9/Matthew 4:23/Matthew 11:1/Luke 4:43), and he passed this instruction on to his apostles and disciples. At Matthew 28:19+20 Jesus said to his followers: "Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them...teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age."(NIV) So preaching about God's Kingdom and teaching what Jesus' taught was(and IS) the responsibility of the apostles, as well as all Christ's followers(Luke 9:60/Matthew 24:14)...the 'sent forth' ones(Romans 10:14+15)who were to be the 'light of the nations' (Acts 13:47/Matthew 13:10).
The apostles were instructed to preach the gospel, baptize believers, and make disciples of all nations. They were also tasked with teaching and fostering a spirit of love and unity among the believers.
In Matthew chapter 28 the apostles (and all believers from then on) were commanded to make disciples. After people becam believers they were to be taught.
Mat 28:19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
Mat 28:20 teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." Amen.

The two events and movements that form the backdrop of the Acts of the Apostles are the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, which is central to Christian faith, and the founding of the early Christian church by the apostles following Jesus' Ascension. These events set the stage for the spread of Christianity and the actions of the apostles in sharing the message of Jesus.

Sin against reason is a tent of believers in philosophia doctrine and has nothing to do with Sin as defined in Christian doctrine (sin against our Fathers law as given to Moses and proclaimed by his prophets as well as Christ and his apostles). Sin against reason is based in the use of dialectics by believers in philosophia doctrine, usually Stoic Philosophia doctrine. Believers base their belief of truth to be rooted in the logic and reason of dialectics.
