After God used Elijah to destroy the pagan prophets of Baal(1 Kings 18:30-40), King Ahab and his wife Jezebel were outraged. Jezebel swore to kill Elijah(1 Kings 19:1-4) so he ran 200 miles away and hid in caves of Mt Sinai.
