The Sabbath is surely the teachings of the early church, But nowadays many churches doesn't keep the sabbath. The worship day is surely the Sabbath. Only World Mission society church of God keep the Sabbath which were restored by the Second Coming Christ Ahnsahnghong.

God explained the purpose for keeping the Sabbath by saying, "In six days the LORD made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, but he rested on the seventh day. God gave His people the Sabbath as the sign by which God would recognize them as His people (Ezek. 20:11-17; Isa. 56:1-7).
