There are two separate feeds from the washer tank. To access the washer tank you have to unscrew the trim under in the wheel well and pull it away. To do this you have to take the wheel off.
the washer filler cap is at the top right hand side when you are looking at the engine, its up on the trim panel
Where you add washer fluid in the back bottle, the bottle has the pump on the bottom of it. You will have to take the inside trim panel off to take the bottle out.

The rear washer nozzle snaps onto the wiper arm. While you have the wiper off, you may want to replace the trim ring that goes around the wiper shaft which the washer hose plugs into, as it becomes brittle with age and the nozzle on the trim ring breaks easily. It's held in by one large, narrow nut. Many Jeep dealers still have that part, and it's under $10. Don't be surprised thinking that your trim ring is gray and you find that the new one is black!

To access the rear window washer water line on a 2000 GMC Jimmy, you'll need to remove the interior trim panel of the rear liftgate. Start by removing any screws or clips securing the panel, then gently pry it away to reveal the water line. The washer line is typically connected to the nozzle at the top of the liftgate; you can disconnect it for inspection or repair as needed. Always ensure the vehicle is off and that you handle the trim carefully to avoid damage.
Hi there hope i can be of assistance. Ok the washer motor itself will be located at the bottom of the washer bottle. You usually need to remove the under-bumper trim, and inner wheel arch trim to expose the motor. The motor is a simple push fit into the washer bottle. Once the motor is located, unplug the electrical connector. Have an assistant turn on the ignition then work the wash jet switch. With your meter check for 12v to the motor. Its a really basic system, one live, one earth. Anywhere above 11.3v is acceptable. If you get 11.3 volts or higher, then the pump has failed. If you get lower, intermittant, or no voltage, then the fault is likely to be with the stalk switch. Thanks Bob
Open the rear liftgate and above the left tail light you will see a rubber fill plug The plastic reservoir is behind the plastic panel in the cargo area on the drivers side , by the liftgate , where the wheel jack is stored - if you remove the trim panel you can see the washer fluid level
This doesn't totally answer your question , but on a 1997 Ford Taurus wagon you refill the liftgate washer fluid reservoir by opening the liftgate and you will see a rubber plug below the passenger side taillight . So the reservoir for the rear windshield must be behind the interior trim in the cargo area
The difference between a front load washer and regular washer is that a front load washer has a door in front were clothes are loaded and that is also where washer settings are located. The regular washer is usually a top load where clothes are loaded on top of the washer.
