The World Conservation Award is a "temporary patch" that is worn over the right pocket of the scout uniform. It can be sewn on, centered on the right pocket, or it can be worn in a plastic holder hanging from the right pocket flap button.
That will depend a lot on what you consider a badge. There are 6 rank badges - Bobcat, Tiger Cub, Wolf, Bear, Webelos and Arrow of Light. In the Wolf and Bear years arrow points can be earned for doing electives. Any number can be earned but earning more than 7 or 8 is not common. There are 53 belt loops and 53 corresponding pins. In the Webelos years there are 20 activity badges and the compass points emblem and 3 pins. There are also numerous other awards such as the Summertime Activity Award, the Outdoor Activity Award, the Cub Scout World Conservation Award, the Leave No Trace award and religious emblems. There are also other special patches and badges that can be earned through different programs and activities.
It is the World Crest emblem. All scouting organization that are members of the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM) wear the emblem. Many, but not all, scout associations around the world belong to the WOSM. The BSA used to have requirements to earn the award, but it has now been changed to allow all BSA members to wear it, symbolizing their part in the worldwide movement.
The highest award a Girl Scout may earn in Girl Scouts of the USA (GSUSA) is the Girl Scout Gold Award. The highest award an adult in GSUSA may receive is the Thanks Badge. For each level there is an award. It starts with Juniors who earn the Girl Scout Bronze Award, then the Cadettes earn the Girl Scout Silver Award. Then the Seniors/Ambassadors may earn the Girl Scout Gold Award. The process is very long but you know you helped your community and maybe even the world!
These are the seven steps to take to earn the Girl Scout Bronze Award for Girl Scouts of the USA: 1. Go on a Junior Girl Scout Journey. You can choose either It's Your World-Change It! or It's Your Planet-Love It! 2. Build your Junior Girl Scout team. 3. Explore your community. 4. Choose your Girl Scout Bronze Award project. 5. Make a plan. 6. Put your plan in motion. 7. Spread the word.
I'm a scout and the world scout badge is a badge that EVERY single scout has in the world. It's kind of a sign of membership and so that everyone knows you're joined scouts. (The badge should be sewn onto your scout shirt pocket) xxx From Kate xxx
There is no specific information about Juliette Gordon Low's favorite color. One suggestion is that her favorite color was either white or yellow. This is possible, due to her nickname being "Daisy" and white and yellow are the color of daisies. Another suggestion is that her favorite color was green since Girl Scout uniforms in the USA are usually green and that Juliette wore a green uniform.
World Scout day is on the 1st of August.

Protecting the world's wildlife is conservation
Not all girl scout uniforms are green, just the Girl Scout Junior level. The beginning level, Girl Scout Daisies, wear blue. The second level, Girl Scout Brownies, wear brown. The third level, Girl Scout Juniors, wear the traditional green. The upper levels, Girl Scout Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors, wear khaki. The reason juniors wear the traditional green is it is an easy color to keep clean when playing outside. It is easy to maintain a green uniform--when participating in outdoor activities stains don't show as they might with other colors, it is distinctive and it is traditional.
World Sturgeon Conservation Society was created in 2003.
