Yes, as long as no surgery has been done. Females have ovaries, fallopian tubes, female genitals and a womb. Males have prostate, and male genitals. Transwomen can still father children, and Trans Men can still get pregnant.

But, if you were born male and have surgery to become a female your surgery doesn't yet include giving ovaries, fallopian tubes, and a womb.

It's a mixed bag: depending on your definition of transgender, whether you consider pre or post surgery, and whether you are including upcoming technologies. As of right now, a transgendered person who is post surgery cannot give birth. In the near future, transplants and organ generation will get good enough to allow a postoperative transgender person to procreate as their chosen sex. Therefore in the future it WILL include ovaries, fallopian tubes and a uterus.
