  • Management bullying is not uncommon as one may think and one individual in Management can cause a great turn-over in the company they are working for which is not good PR, but often encouraged by higher ups in the company. It is true that in some companies it is encouraged to use bulling tactics by a Manager because they believe it will extract better work productivity by instilling fear into one or more employees. Often Managers use everything they have including threats to an employee or employees to make themselves look like they are doing a good job in hopes of a raise; bonus or a promotion. There is something the employee or employees can do because bullying in the workplace comes under 'playground bullying.' Keep a log with dates of what bullying tactics your Manager is using on you. Do not confront your Manager! This will only cause further problems and a possibility of the employee being fired.
