If you only shoved or pushed your spouse once in 22 years Is it fair to be reported to police as a Physical Abuser considering absolutely not one speck of any type of such incidents ever occured?

* Neither man or woman should push or shove each other and it is considered in this day and age as physical abuse. A push to a shove can lead to further physical abuse in the heat of anger whether the person is just angry, frustrated at that moment in time and didn't mean things to get out of hand. It is far better to walk away and cool off than use any physical or verbal abuse. What you both should be doing is getting some counseling to learn to communicate your feelings to each other. Communication is the most important tool you'll ever learn. By doing so you can express your feelings in any aspect of life and come to some mutual agreement (always having respect for the other person's feelings and opinions.)
