I find it hard to imagine a circumstance where bullying would be acceptable.

If you're thinking about possibly finding someone else to bully someone back out of revenge, or to 'give them a taste of their own medicine', your plan will probably backfire: in the short term the bullying might stop, but in the long term all you've managed to do is to reinforce the message that 'might makes right, so mightier makes right-ier', thereby encouraging the bully to eventually try again with someone else.

Bullying should not be encouraged, It's a bad thing. Bullying can go so far and may end up someone commiting suicide. So It should never be encouraged
