You can reduce the waste by reducing the trash
Reduce in recycling means before you send waste to recycle you do an assessment of the trash that you are throwing away. Often times after you really look hard at the trash your throwing, you can reduce the amount of trash by simply buying less, purchasing products that have less packaging or purchasing second hand products. By purchasing second hand, for example from a thrift store the packaging has already been disposed of thereby eliminating trash. Another way to reduce trash is buy buying bulk, reusing plastic bags or even bringing canvas bags for shopping. Reduce in reduce, reuse and recycle is the important first step.
According to Bob the Builder it's "reduce, reuse and recycle.

You can separate your trash, reduce the amount of water used when showering, reduce car emissions by carpooling or using public transportation. Hope it was useful!
Burning trash at landfills would not reduce the amount of greenhouse gases in the air. In fact, it can release harmful pollutants and greenhouse gases into the atmosphere, contributing to environmental issues. Electric cars and using solar power are more sustainable and environmentally friendly methods to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
