Advantages:

Disadvantages:

1.They may cause an increase in pepsin and parietal secretion and loss in potassium.

2.Excessive eating of green chilies may cause gastric bleeding and mucosal micro bleeding.

3.They also interfere with reproductive processes and also have negative effects on sperms.

Although green chilies have more positive health benefits but before loading them into your meal, remember that there are possible negatives as well.
