If this was caused by a person desiring to become female and who went through the steps necessary for that to happen, then you call that person Miss or Ma'am as they are now legally and anatomically female.
Legally they are the sex that was given to them at birth.
For example if you are born a man and later on has his genitalia removed he is still a man. ask your self what if the man who went trough surgery and had his penis removed and went to jail? which type of jail would he go? for females or males? his birth certificate still says he is a male..
I shudder to think of what would happen to a person who lost a penis through surgery and (presumably) had a vagina constructed who then was sent to a male prison. Youlegally have your sex designation changed to prevent that sort of injustice from happening. I respectfully disagree with the above statement. However, if a male has his testicles removed due to cancer and did not have SRS, then he is still a male and should go to a male prison if convicted of a felony.

The average adult penis is between 5 and 6 inches. There is wide variation in penis size in adult males. The average adult penis is between 5 and 6 inches. There is wide variation in penis size in adult males.
It is unlikely.
That is called being a "she-male". Most she-males are actually transsexuals, not transgenders (there is a major difference)
No, it doesn't. The length of the penis is determined by the erectile chambers within the penis (the corpus cavernosum), not by the length of the penile skin.
