The scope of employee welfare policies project is to ensure that all employees receive adequate accommodations in the workplace that go above and beyond any monetary means. I believe the project is to protect employees by making sure that companies provide comfortable seating in offices, air ventilation, a canteen available, a latrine, a spittoons, basically ensuring that employees receive the proper accommodations in the workplace because not all places that you work at do provide the proper accommodations for their employees and I think the policies project watches over this so that employees receive what they are entitled to.
