6. Out of 176 countries, Democratic Republic of the Congo has the least CO2 emissions per capita. (0.0123428 per 1,000 people versus Qatar's 40.6735 per 1,000 people)

7. Out of 141 countries, Bangladesh has the lowest ecological footprint. (0.6 versus United Arab Emirates' 15.99)
