If you want to find evidence that God is against something, look in the Old Testament and the last New Testament books. If you want to know how God feels, read the Gospels. In my Methodist church, we believe that all races, ages, economic levels, families, singles, genders, orientations and sizes are accepted (All are welcome at the table) based on the Gospels as a near literal reading.
To me the heart of The Bible is about your personal relationship with your Creator and your personal relationship with other people. That we aren't here for our own edification, we are here to serve and teach the others in our lives.

In all honesty, that would depend on you. I am a Christian, so I know all the things the Bible says about loving the same gender. Even knowing that stuff, God did make you the way you are and even if you did get a sex change, you would still be interested in men or women...
